Milton Keynes fire: Woman scared for her home after blaze 'escalates'

A neighbour was "scared" for her home after a fire spread at a nearby house.
Six fire engines were sent to to Kingsfold in Bradville, Milton Keynes, after the blaze was reported on Tuesday at 17:19 GMT.
Tez Lianne, 38, said: "It is just scary, we live in these houses and to see how quickly it escalated from a small fire to such a blaze.
"I was actually really concerned for the safety of my home after seeing that".
Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said the two-storey building was "well alight" when they arrived.
A spokesperson for the service said it received lots of calls about the incident and added: "The crews continued to work at the scene and revisited the property in the early hours of the morning to check for hot spots.
"The incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police."
Miss Lianne, who claimed the building was abandoned, said she was walking her dog when she spotted smoke billowing into the air. The building's roof was destroyed by the fire.
Thames Valley Police said: "This is being investigated as an arson. We are working with fire scene investigators to establish the cause of the fire, as well as carrying out house to house and CCTV enquiries.
"Anyone with footage from the area on Tuesday or any information about the incident, please contact the force."
A Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson added: "We would also like to invite anyone with concerns around the safety of their home to take our Online Home Fire Safety Check, external which only takes about 15 minutes to complete, but the information provided will indicate whether they are eligible for one of our free home fire safety visits, external (HFSV)."
