Back to school: Berkshire charity provides free uniforms
A charity that helps parents unable to afford new school uniforms has reported a huge spike in demand.
A full uniform typically costs about £300 and this year many schools have been unable to organise swap-shops and uniform exchanges.
Wokingham-based First Days Children's Charity is asking parents to donate old uniforms to help struggling families.
