A man has been charged with murdering another man who was stabbed to death at an internet cafe.
Horace Williams, 36, died of a single stab wound in Cape Hill, Smethwick, on Saturday afternoon.
Douane Brown, 39, of Bickington Road, Birmingham, is due before Sandwell Magistrates' Court accused of Mr Williams' murder.
Mr Brown has also been charged with possession of a knife in public, said West Midlands Police, external.
