Labour gain Wolverhampton by-election seat

The Labour group has gained another seat on Wolverhampton City Council following Thursday's by-election.
Linda Leach took the seat for Bilston North, meaning Labour now has 30 seats - the same number as the Tories and Lib Dems jointly.
Mayor and Lib Dem councillor Malcolm Gwinett will have the casting vote in any tied decisions.
The election was called following the death of Conservative councillor Gillian Fellows.
