Police investigate report of Bristol nightclub spiking

Police have appealed for information following a reported spiking at a club in Bristol

Avon and Somerset Police is investigating reports a woman's drink was spiked at a nightclub.

It happened at the Lizard Lounge in Queens Road, Bristol, on Friday 13 May at about 02:40 BST.

The 22-year-old woman had been out with her friends when she felt unwell. She was taken to hospital for treatment and was later discharged.

Anyone with information about events that night is asked to contact police on the 101 non-emergency number.
