Pilning crash: Man dies after van hits parked vehicle

A man has died after the van he was driving crashed into a parked vehicle in South Gloucestershire.

Emergency services were called to Station Road, in Pilning, at about 01.40 GMT.

A man in his 20s, believed to be the only occupant of the van, died at the scene, Avon and Somerset Police said.

Witnesses or anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage is being urged to contact police.
