The Toft elderly care home plays host to a toddler playgroup

Every Monday, Little Owls toddler group spends the day with the elderly residents at Home Meadow Care Home at Toft, near Cambridge.

The initiative began earlier this year, and some firm friendships have been established.

Childminder Natalie Jackson, from Little Owls, says: "The residents feel they have something to look forward to."
