The usual freighter Gry Maritha returned to Penzance shortly after departure on Friday.
The boat carries food and other items such as parcels to the islands.
The Harland & Wolff freight vessel, KMS Terramare, and the ISSC inter island vessel Lyonesse Lady arrived on the Isles of Scilly on Saturday night.

The ISSC said the repair to Gry Maritha was not likely to be completed until Boxing Day at the earliest.
The firm apologised for the disruption.
Isles of Scilly Travel said the breakdown of the Gry Maritha was "unfortunate", but said its employees would "always work at all times of year to deliver" for the Isles of Scilly.
