Police launched an investigation following the incidents in Truro and Perranarworthal

Two men have been arrested by police investigating criminal damage to speed cameras in Cornwall, police have said.

Devon and Cornwall Police said two men in their 30s have been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and were in police custody.

One is from the Falmouth area and the other is from the Porthleven area, officers said.

The investigation relates to damage of static speed cameras in Tregolls Road, Truro, and at Perranarworthal.

Insp Tim Evans urged the community to report any suspicious activity and to share any information that might help with their inquiries.
