Rail lines have reopened between Liskeard and Looe after flooding on the tracks on Tuesday morning.
Network Rail said the flood water was cleared at 12:30 GMT, with trains now running to schedule.
Disruption was originally expected until 15:00 GMT, according to Great Western Railway.
Rail users who had tickets valid for any journeys that were cancelled would be able to use them on later trains, the company said.
