Two community drop-in events on the progress of the A30 upgrade in Cornwall are due to be held.

The new dual carriageway between Chiverton and Carland Cross was due to open at the end of March 2024.

But the reopening has been delayed by three months due to the effects of the pandemic and storms.

National Highways said it was offering residents the chance to ask questions about the scheme at drop-in events in Truro.

It said its team would be available at Lemon Quay between 13:00 and 19:00 on Tuesday and between 08:00 and 14:00 on Wednesday.
