Girl seriously hurt in suspected XL Bully attack

A 10-year-old girl suffered serious injuries when bitten by what is believed to have been an XL Bully dog.
She was taken to hospital in Truro with serious but not life-threatening injuries. The dog has been seized by Devon and Cornwall Police.
It happened on Saturday on Lowenek Close in Falmouth at about 19:10 BST.
Police said the incident was being investigated to establish the "full circumstances" of what happened.
