A dancer who reached the final of Britain's Got Talent in 2007 is to face trial accused of neglecting a child.

Leeroy Bailey, 35, who was part of a troupe that reached the last show in the first series, was released on bail after a five-minute hearing at Warwick Crown Court.

He denied one charge of neglecting a child in a manner likely to cause suffering or injury to health, alleged to have occurred in February this year.

A trial is set for February 2017.
