Storm Desmond: Man tells of stress at still being out of home

Cumbria County Council says that 125 homes were still being fixed after Storm Desmond hit the county in 2015, washing away roads and bridges.

One of them is Paul Booth's in Crosby-on-Eden, near Carlisle. He says it is very hard and he "feels helpless".
