Paul Holroyd calls for tougher text-driving penalties

A man paralysed by a driver who had been using his mobile phone says the offence should be treated the same as drink-driving.

Paul Holroyd was hit by football agent Peter Morrison on the M6 in Cumbria.

Speaking for the first time since Morrison was sentenced, Mr Holroyd said motorists are not deterred by the current penalties for using a hand-held phone while driving.
