A large fire that damaged a disused former social club in Derbyshire was likely to have been an arson attack, an investigation has concluded.

Crews were called to the single-storey building in Dade Avenue, Inkersall, near Chesterfield, at 21.35 BST on Saturday.

A joint fire service and police investigation has now concluded the cause was "most likely deliberate".

The fire service said no-one was inside the building at the time of the fire.

Anyone with information has been asked to contact Derbyshire Police.
