Police are investigating a report from a motorist who drove along the A52 Derby Hill bypass on Wednesday

Police are investigating a report of a naked man walking a dog along a busy road in Derbyshire.

Derbyshire Police said the man was seen by a motorist driving along the A52 Derby Hill bypass, Ashbourne, at about 12:00 BST on Wednesday.

Detectives have launched an appeal to try to identify the man.

They are asking for anyone who was travelling in the area at the time and who may have dashcam footage of the man to get in touch.
