IT department at Devonport Dockyard could lose 26 posts

A company working at Devonport Dockyard has announced jobs could go as it moves ahead with plans to centralise some of its IT services.
Babcock employs about 100 people in the department and said notice of redundancy had been submitted with respect to 26 posts.
The company said the job losses would be carried out progressively during the spring and early summer.
It is understood the posts will be moved to Hampshire.
