A man rescued from a major flat fire has died.
He was transferred to a specialist burns unit in Swansea following the fire in Fore Street, St Marychurch, Torquay, on 9 May.
Police said the man, who suffered severe burns and smoke inhalation, had since died.
Around 12 residents were evacuated from a number of properties in the street, which remains cordoned off as the buildings are dangerous.
