Strong wind warning for Devon and Cornwall

A yellow weather warning has been issued.
Strong winds were forecast to continue on Saturday evening in Devon and Cornwall, with gusts of up to 60mph expected in coastal areas.
A yellow weather warning for wind was issued by the Met Office.
The warning cited possible transport delays, while coastal communities could be affected by spray or large waves. Short-term power loss was also possible.
The yellow warning was due to be in place until 03:00 GMT on 31 December.
