Daughter charged over mother's death in Bournemouth

A woman has been charged with murdering her mother at her Dorset home.

Rosemary Armstrong, 69, died from multiple stab wounds at her home in Queensland Road, Pokesdown, Bournemouth, on 25 August.

Mrs Armstrong, who was from the Salisbury area of Wiltshire, was a retired teacher.

Ecila Henderson, 39, who is currently in a secure unit, was charged with murder and will appear in court on 17 February.
