AFC Bournemouth fans have packed the Goldsands Stadium to watch the Cherries play European giants Real Madrid in a pre-season friendly.
The nine-time European Cup-winning club flew to the south coast for the exhibition match, which they won 6-0.
The friendly sold out after fans queued overnight for tickets, some paying £60.
A new temporary stand named after Bournemouth legend Ted MacDougall, increasing the ground's capacity to 12,000, helped accommodate the crowd.
The Spanish side's goals came from Cristiano Ronaldo (two), Sami Khedira, Gonzalo Higuain, Angel di Maria and Casemiro.
Before the game, council leader John Beesley said that it was a "major achievement" for the club to attract such a high-profile clash.
"I think it really puts Bournemouth on the European map," he said.
