Family 'not consulted' over care at King's Lynn hospital

The family of a woman who died in a Norfolk hospital say they were not told she had been put on a treatment plan for those nearing the end of their lives.

Roy Cooper says the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, in King's Lynn, did not make clear his wife Mary had been placed on what is called the Liverpool Care Pathway.

The hospital says the family were informed but that the conditions in which they were told may not have been ideal.
