Grays murder inquiry: More arrests after man's death during disturbance

Two men and a woman have been arrested by officers investigating the death of a man following a disturbance in Grays.

The man died after being found seriously injured at an address in George Crooks House, New Road, just after 03:40 BST on Friday.

Essex Police said the men, aged 21 and 31, and a 33-year-old woman were arrested on Sunday on suspicion of aggravated burglary.

A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder on Friday.

All four remain in police custody.

Det Ch Insp Terry Balding said: "This has been a fast-moving investigation, with four arrests and we will continue to work at pace to identify the circumstances that lead to this man's death.

"We continue to believe that this is an isolated incident but appreciate that it's a concerning time for the community."

He has appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
