Chentenham Borough Council cuts could be signed off

Proposals to save £2.8m over the next 12 months could be signed off by Cheltenham borough councillors later.
The Liberal Democrat-run authority's cabinet is proposing more than 90 different initiatives to save money.
The plans include a staff pay freeze for the next two years, and the loss of 32 jobs, accounting for 5% of the workforce.
The meeting starts at 1430 GMT at the municipal offices, on the Promenade, Cheltenham.
