Woman trapped deep mud in woodland

A woman has been rescued by fire crews after she got stuck in the mud in woods near a Gloucestershire cemetery.
Nine firefighters helped to free the woman who was trapped up to her thighs and unable to get loose from the mud.
It happened behind Yewtree Cemetery, Cinderford, where tree felling was taking place.
Gareth Clowes from Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue said: "This was a very unusual rescue and one I have not dealt with before in 25 years of service."
The woman was uninjured, but was "cold, wet and dirty from her ordeal".
Mr Clowes added: "Due to tree felling with tractors and heavy plant machinery working to remove the trees, this area has become quite dangerous due to deep holes and ruts having been created."
