Three arrested over Gloucestershire credit card fraud
- Published
People posing as police officers have targeted properties in Gloucestershire in an attempt to get householders' credit card details, police have said.
Homes in Siddington received telephone calls in December from men claiming to be Metropolitan Police detectives investigating claims of card fraud.
The fake officers then visited the residents to collect their cards, Gloucestershire Police said.
Three people were arrested on suspicion of fraud in Cirencester on Saturday.
The three, all from London and aged 17, 22 and 23, were bailed until March.
