Arrest after woman found dead in Cotswold village

The woman was found dead in the village of Great Rissington

A man has been arrested after a woman was found dead at a house in a Cotswold village.

The woman, in her 40s, was found dead in Great Rissington, near Bourton-on-the-Water, at about 11:35 GMT on Sunday.

Police were called to the scene by the ambulance service and say they are treating her death as "unexplained".

A man in his 40s has been arrested in connection with the woman's death and is in police custody.
