A new cinema, restaurants and shops are part of proposals submitted for a new Southampton city centre development.
Developer Hammerson has submitted plans to Southampton City Council for a four hectare (nine acre) site, next to WestQuay shopping centre.
The Watermark WestQuay development could also include a residential tower block and a hotel.
Concerns raised by some members of the public include the height of the proposed 95m (310ft) tower.
The council will consider the plans pending the results of a public consultation.
