Isle of Wight Festival: Green Day, Prodigy and Pet Shop Boys to headline

The Prodigy, Pet Shop Boys and Green Day will headline the Isle of Wight Festival next year.
They will be joined by other artists including Keane, Simple Minds, Zara Larsson, McFly and Beverley Knight.
Scouting For Girls, Britpop band Suede and DJ Jo Whiley with her 90s anthems are all set to top the bill in the big top arena.
The event takes place at Seaclose Park in Newport between 20-23 June.
English electronic group The Prodigy are set to perform on the Friday, with Pet Shop Boys on the main stage Saturday and Green Day making a UK festival exclusive performance on the Sunday.
Festival promoter John Giddings revealed he had been trying to book Green Day for the past five years.
"I'm over the moon. It's just a relief to be able to announce it - I had them confirmed six weeks ago but couldn't tell anyone so I'm pleased it's out there," he said.
"The Prodigy deliver an incredible show. The Pet Shop Boys have had more hits than I've had hot dinners. It's going to be a great weekend."
Mr Giddings took over the revived Isle of Wight Festival in 2002, having attended one of the legendary events in 1970.
Previous headline acts have included the Rolling Stones, Queen and Adam Lambert and Robbie Williams.
"It's something I take great pride in. To see 50,000 people in a field enjoying themselves is the greatest pleasure I have - I enjoy it so much," Mr Giddings added.
