Driver dies and another arrested after Dibden crash

The crash happened in Main Road in Dibden
A driver has died and another has been arrested on suspicion of drink and drug driving following a crash.
A Ford Fiesta collided with a blue Mercedes Sprinter van in Main Road, Dibden, near Southampton, at about 07:40 GMT.
The driver of the Fiesta, a man in his 20s from Totton, died at the scene.
Police arrested the van driver, a 40-year-old man from Dibden Purlieu, who has since been released pending further inquiries.
Witnesses and anyone with information should contact Hampshire Constabulary.
