One taken to hospital after fire rips through Brading home

A 60-year-old man has been taken to hospital with burns following a fire at a house on the Isle of Wight.
The blaze in the semi-detached two-storey home, on New Road in Brading, started downstairs at about 02:30 GMT, the fire service said.
Firefighters from across the island and several crews from the mainland tackled the fire.
The home was destroyed and flames spread to the roof of the neighbouring property.
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service said residents in neighbouring homes had been evacuated safely.
The fire service described the man's condition as "stable" and added everyone else had been accounted for.
Crews remain on scene damping down.
At the time of the fire, crews were already tackling a large barn blaze just over eight miles (14km) away in Bowcombe.
The fire service said the roof of the traditional barn collapsed and the structure was destroyed.
Officers were already "proactively [adjusting] firefighting tactics", before they received the Brading call, to ensure they had sufficient resources to "prioritise a risk to life incident", the fire service said.
