A pedestrian who died after being hit by a car in Hampshire was "greatly loved and will be missed by everyone who knew him", his family has said.

James Langlands, from Horsham, was struck by an Audi A1 on Winchester Road in Petersfield on 16 February.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said it was continuing to appeal for witnesses and information.
