Trains from Hereford to Great Malvern disrupted over 'badger' hole
- Published
Trains between Hereford and Great Malvern have been cancelled due to a hole below the track believed to be caused by badgers.
A spokesman from Network Rail said that replacement bus services would be running between the two stations for the remainder of the day.
He said the problem was first noticed when the 07:34 BST from Hereford to Birmingham had to be stopped.
Passengers were taken off while it was moved over the hole by engineers.
A Network Rail spokesperson said passengers were then able to continue their journey on the same train, but rail services running from Hereford to Great Malvern since then have been cancelled.
