Newmarket Street in Hereford closed for a month

A major route through Hereford will be closed for a month as part of the redevelopment of the old market site.
The eastbound carriageway of Newmarket Street has been closed so that Welsh Water can upgrade its pipes.
Herefordshire Council said the company is "very aware" of the disruption the work will cause, and will be working extended hours and at weekends.
The £90m regeneration of the former market will include shops, restaurants and a six-screen cinema.
The road is closed between the Tesco roundabout and the Widemarsh Street junction.
The livestock market was moved last July so the area around Edgar Street could be redeveloped.
Once completed, the council said the site would create 1,100 retail, catering and hospitality jobs.
