The Traitors: Miles in a sweat when forced to murder

Taking part in the fake murder of his friend left The Traitors contestant Miles with sweaty palms, he said.
As part of the BBC show, traitor Miles Asteri was part of the decision to poison fellow entrant, friend and popular contestant Diane Carson.
The 36-year-old veterinary nurse from Worcestershire, who was ousted from the programme on Wednesday, said murdering Diane had been bittersweet.
"It was definitely a sweaty palm moment but you have to do it," he said.
As the title suggests, competitors are set the challenge of having to find the traitors in their midst.
Miles, originally from Birmingham, had been recruited to join the traitors part way through the series.
"You are in front of everybody and you have to make sure you are casual," he said.
"It was difficult because obviously I get along with her so well so not only do you have to do the challenge but you have to do it to someone you are really close with on the show."
He added since his exit the reaction from the public had been positive with many people asking him for photos.
But he admitted that one thing he learnt was that hiding his emotions was not his strength.
Discussing his reasons for applying for the show, Mr Asteri said he had always been very athletic but in older age he had been looking for a new challenge.
"I wanted to represent the thick and juicy population and to show you can still do it regardless of how old you are or how old you feel and what you think your fitness levels are," he explained.
