Police have issued a description of a man wanted over the alleged attempted abduction of two children in Grimsby.
The suspect was believed to have spoken to the children in Bradley Road at around 16:40 GMT on Sunday before grabbing one of them by the arm.
He was described as being black, around 6ft (1.83m) tall, with short brown hair and was believed to be around 30.
Police said a man, 27, arrested earlier in connection with the incident, had been released on bail with conditions.
The man officers were still trying to trace was thought to have been wearing black trousers with white trainers and a dark grey coat with a hood, according to Humberside Police.
'Frightening experience'
Det Ch Insp Leanne Murphy said the force was treating the investigation as a priority.
"This will have been a frightening experience, but thankfully both children were physically unharmed and they told their parents straight away who immediately reported it to us," she said.
"Naturally people will feel concerned, however I want to offer my reassurance that investigations remain ongoing and we are treating this incident incredibly seriously.
"We continue to follow all lines of inquiry, including reviewing CCTV footage around the time of the incident, conducting house-to-house inquiries and speaking with residents in and around the area to gather information.
"Members of the public can expect to see an increased police presence in and around the area, including additional patrols around local schools at appropriate times over the coming days."
Officers renewed their appeal for anyone who saw what happened, or who had dashcam or CCTV footage from the area at around the time of the incident, to get in touch.
