WWII fighter planes fly past Battle of Britain memorial

Two World War II fighter planes have flown over a Kent memorial to mark the 71st anniversary of the Battle of Britain.

In 1940, Supermarine Spitfires and Hawker Hurricane planes took part in the airborne battle over England.

On Thursday, two of the fighter planes flew over the National Memorial to the Few at Caple-le-Ferne near Folkestone on top of the white cliffs.

A remembrance service was also held at the site.
