Former Dreamland owners consider judicial review

The former owners of the Dreamland theme park are considering asking for a judicial review into the decision to allow a council to buy the site.
The former theme park in Margate closed in 2003 and fell into disrepair.
The funfair, once home to Europe's largest big wheel, was bought by Thanet council through a compulsory purchase order last year.
The previous owner DreamlandLive lost a High Court appeal against the purchase in October.
The site's Grade II* listed Scenic Railway ride was damaged in an arson attack in 2008.
The Dreamland Trust, which will run the site, has £10m of funding in place and plans to restore the scenic railway and historical rides from other fairgrounds around the UK.
The trust hopes the park will be open for business next spring.
