Leeds Bradford Airport: Mayor disappointed over terminal

West Yorkshire's mayor has said she is disappointed plans for a new terminal building at Leeds Bradford Airport have been dropped.

Airport chiefs blamed delays and a government decision to hold a public inquiry into the £150m building for abandoning the plans.

Those opposed to the proposals welcomed the news, but Tracy Brabin said it was important the city had an airport that could attract international businesses.
