A boiler installation firm in Leeds is to close putting more than 130 people at risk of redundancy.
HomeServe said the business had been "loss-making for several years".
The firm, which also offers home emergency cover for electrical, plumbing, boiler and drainage repairs, said the rest of its business was not affected by the decision.
The company said it was working with its employees and would provide them with "every support".
In a statement it said it was "regrettably having to close" its Leeds-based boiler installation business.
"The business has been loss-making for several years and despite the significant efforts of the team, the scale required to deliver sustainable growth and profitability has not been achieved," the firm added.
It said 130 people were at risk of redundancy but "we are working to ensure favourable terms and conditions, and provide every support that we are able to during this time".
