South Wigston: Fire crews called after office roof blows on to road

Large parts of the roof were blown off in strong winds and landed in front of the former office building
Firefighters were called after parts of a roof were blown off by strong winds.
Debris landed on the ground in front of the disused office building on Countesthorpe Road, in South Wigston, on Tuesday.
Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service said crews attended after receiving "reports of roof parts being blown on to the road" at 23:04 GMT.
On arrival, they found "large amounts of the roof" in a car park and on the road.
Firefighters have been re-inspecting the building.
