Leicester: Police arrest eighth person over city shooting

Three more people have been arrested over a shooting in Leicester.
Leicestershire Police said officers were called to Mulberry Avenue at 23:00 GMT on 3 February, to reports a stationary car had been shot at.
A man in his 30s, who was in the car, suffered a minor injury as a result, the force added.
The arrest of two men, 34 and 38, and a 28-year-old woman brings the total number of people held in connection with the investigation up to eight.
The men were detained on suspicion of attempted murder, while the woman was held on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder. They remain in custody.
It comes after two other men, 34 and 48, and a 30-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and bailed.
A 21-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder and bailed, while a 37-year-old woman was held on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder and released on bail.
