A police investigation is under way after a fire at a disused building in Leicester.

Emergency services were called to the former Bradgate House retirement home on Westcotes Drive at 09:34 GMT on Saturday.

Leicestershire Police believe "a small fire was started deliberately inside the premises".

No arrests have been made and anyone with any information about the fire is urged to contact the force.
