This time in seven days time there will be a strike that will cause huge disruption on the tube network all week.
The RMT union are planning to walk out over the sacking of a two tube drivers.
Last week one of the drivers Eamonn Lynch won his tribunal which said he would been unfairly dismissed for trade union activities.
The official documents show the tribunal says Transport for London failed to follow its own procedures. It also calls one transport manager an "unsatisfactory witness" and found the sacking unusually harsh as the driver had no previous bad record.
Here is a TV piece I have done on it. At the moment neither side is moving and the strike is very much on.
Let me know what you think. Who is going to compromise??
