Study shows travel habits have changed for Games

We've been working with UCL Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis to try to find out what's happening to commuters during the Games.

They've been using GPS to track four commuters. Obviously it's a very small sample but there are strands they can pick out.

London's changing rush hour

Most of our Olympic commuters had good experiences getting in to town on Monday.

Several have changed their departure times - either going in earlier or later.

And nearly all have changed their routes.

What it shows is the message from Transport for London has got through for commuters to change their travel habits.

UCL believes the rush hour spike of people getting in for the 09:00 BST start has "flattened".

The million dollar question is - how long will it last?
