The son of comedian Ronnie Barker has pleaded guilty to making indecent images of children.
Adam Barker spent eight years on the run after being arrested and questioned over the allegations in 2003.
At Isleworth Crown Court, Barker, of no fixed address, admitted 18 counts of making indecent images of children.
The prosecution alleged that a computer seized from his home in Ealing in 2003 contained thousands of indecent images of children.
Barker, who was remanded in custody, is due to be sentenced on 19 October.
He was arrested in July when he attended a police station by appointment.
