Southall wedding venue hosts 100-guest reception

Police shut down a wedding venue in Southall, west London, where a reception attracting more than 100 guests was taking place.

The owner of the Tudor Rose venue faces the prospect of a fine up to £10,000 for breaching coronavirus restrictions.
