Nicola had an eating disorder, now she's helping others

Nicola Chan had non-purging bulimia and disordered eating.

Now after recovering, she's helping others to deal with their body image and confidence, using fitness and mindset.

Nicola, from north-west London, said: "I want to be that voice that I was looking for, for someone else."
