Mosa Jamal Abid: Killer located after absconding from hospital

A convicted killer who absconded from a secure hospital in west London has been found after a six-day hunt by police.
Mosa Jamal Abid, 26, was on escorted leave at a newsagents in Uxbridge Road, Ealing, when he ran off at about 15:00 BST on Monday, police said.
Abid was sentenced under the Mental Health Act after being convicted of the manslaughter of his cousin in 2018.
The Met said he had been located by officers in the Northolt area after a call at around 10:00 BST on Saturday.
He was traced following a call from member of the public, the force said.
